Our Little Adventure to a Faraway Land of No Return

So on Tuesday, Chen Yan, Jialing, Hamizah, Rachel and I went for a little expedition down at Tang Dynasty. This was an open invitation to members of the class, but unfortunate some of us were afraid, or had other commitments. Thus only the five of us, plus Chen Yan's friend, Mingshi, went.

Tang Dynasty used to be some kind of tourist attraction years back, until the owner went bankrupt. It was closed down, but wasn't demolished. The place was left to rot and there was no one to take care of the place. Maybe a guard or two, but not enough to keep delinquents like us out of the area.

We explored like the haunted mansion, the theatre, and then the pagoda. We also took lotsa pictures. Some pictures had little "orbs" in it. Chen Yan says that the "orbs" are the result of ghosts. Like if there are many "orbs", that means that there is like, a strong ghostly presence in that area or something.

During the whole expedition, as I'd like to call it, we were all pretty scared. Not because of the spooky atmosphere, but because we're trespassing and if we're caught, we're pretty much screwed. So we didn't dare make too much noise. It was pretty exciting though.

My apologies for this post is a sorry rip-off from my blog. But I mean everything is the same. As for those who didn't go with us, you missed out on a lot of fun. I'm pretty sure it's come to our attentions (for those of us who actually do visit the class blog) that there has been an anonymous tagger on the tag board. And I say anonymous because he/she did not leave his/her real name.

The name given was "hahh". Now I know we're all wondering, "What kinda stupid low-life, void deck ah beng/ah lian name is that?" Well I'm quite sure his/her real name isn't "hahh". And it seems that "hahh" is seeking attention from us because of our superiority. We > "hahh". So I shall now bestow upon "hahh" his/her desired fifteen minutes of fame. Or however long people take to read this post.

Because people like "hahh" get no attention in school/ home/ work/ anywhere, and they have no friends/family/whatever to socialize with and receive love from, so they resort to posting random unnecessary comments on tag boards. And now it's up to us higher beings to grace his/her existence with our attention. To make a dirty, low-down, rodent feel slightly more "accomplished" in life.

It is such simple yet charitable acts like these that can prevent suicides. Think about it, if we merely ignore these cryouts for help by "hahh", he/she might feel worthless and pathetic (not that "hahh" isn't pathetic enough). And when that happens, he/she might commit suicide (that's what all the friendless people do). So everyone, we've just hauled another sorry ass out of hell. This CIP-equivilant deed is so going onto our CD reports.

Well whatever happened in the past is nothing but dust in the wind, and as long as we're willing to look past our differences, I'm very sure our class will kick ass. So we don't need some third-grade scum to tell us what to do, or what not to do. We know how to deal. So "hahh", go eat a decroded piece of crap.

Enough about "hahh". We'll now move on to a more important issue. A much more important issue. Our holidays. We have officially completed the first semester of DMC year one. I think we all deserve a round of applause, whether or not we're going to do badly in any of the subjects. Hopefully, no one needs to repeat any module. And upon completion of this semester and it's modules, we are given our well-deserved holidays. Four weeks of fun-filled activities, without the taint of schoolwork in mind.

Some of us plan to make extra bucks with a job, some plan to party all night long, some plan to study in advance for next semester, some plan to watch videos of weird Asian men on Youtube, and others plan to do all of them. Doesn't matter what we do, really. As long as we have fun.

There are still many people out there who still have exams. Poly year-twos/threes with their exams, JC students with their promos and A levels, Secondary 4 students with their O' levels, Primary 6 students with their PSLEs, and all the other kids with their exams and stuff. They still have to spend their days (and nights) studying for their seemingless endless stream of tests and exams.

Well guess what, we're not them. Happy holidays, you bastards! (:

Just look at me and nik - we didn't use bad words or anything. I'm not saying you are not hurt or anything, but please please, we cannot say things like what you blogged because it's not really adult.

We all do understand this matter well and clear.

But oh well, I have to clarify something: This is a class blog. If you are a member of the class, and you don't come here.. and you come after a long time, finding out that people are backstabbing you, that is not backstabbing at all. Because, I repeat, this is a CLASS BLOG.

The thing you need to understand is that you did not have the right to pick for us if we come to school or not.

I finished work at 2am the same day, how would you feel if u rushed down to school to be on time only to find out your lesson was cancelled. And how do you think you would feel if you found out later that someone had the information but kept it from you because they wanted you to come for FOM lecture. Not very good I assume.

Waiting around for 3 hours does absolutely nothing for your motivation to go to school.

Honestly, you did a really stupid and weird thing and it is not suprising that people are mad at you.

Even some of our mothers ( okay, I'll just speak for myself) Even my mother doesnt control if I go to school or what classes I go for and I think I turned out okay.

A bear is a large mammal of the order Carnivora, family Ursidae. The adjective, ursine, is used to describe things of bearlike nature.

Common characteristics of bears include a short tail, excellent senses of smell and hearing, five un-retractable claws per paw, and long, dense, shaggy fur.

Bears have a large body with powerful limbs. They are capable of standing up on their hind legs. They have broad paws, long snouts, and round ears. Their teeth are used for defense and tools and depend on the diet of the bear. Their claws are used for ripping, digging, and catching. A bear's eyesight is probably similar in acuity (sharpness) to the human eye. Black bears, and likely other bears, have color vision to help them identify fruits and nuts.

Depending on the species, bears can have 32 to 42 teeth. Bear teeth are not specialized for killing their prey like those of cats. Normal canine teeth in a carnivore are generally large and pointed used for killing prey, while bears' canine teeth are relatively small and typically used in defense or as tools. Bears' molar teeth are broad, flat and are used to shred and grind plant food into small digestable pieces.

Bears have four limbs that end in paws. Each paw has five long, sharp claws that are unretractible, unlike cats. These claws can be used to climb trees, rip open termite nests and beehives, dig up roots, or catch prey, depending on the species. While most carnivores tend to walk on their toes in a way that is adapted for speed, bears have a plantigrade stance. They walk with their weight on the soles of their hindfeet, with the heel touching the ground, while the toes of the forefeet are used more for balance. Although slower than most carnivores, a running bear can reach speeds of up to 50 km/h (30 mph). They are also stronger than most carnivores and their limbs are more flexible and agile.

A bear's fur is long and shaggy. Fur color varies among species, ranging from white, blonde or cream, black and white, to all black or all brown. Colors of a bear's fur can also vary within species.
